Open to High School, College and Veteran runners. 
5-7 mile runs in the Lakes Region area on dirt roads and trails with a possible swim at the end.

July 7 (be ready to start running at 6pm)

Sandwich Squam Beach - Bean Rd. park on road
6 mile run with 4 mile option

July 14 (6pm)
Chemung Rd Meredith Center, meet at Lake Wickwas boat launch.
4-6 mile trails, many options (Hamelin Town Forest)


July 21(6pm)

Sandwich Pot Holes (Rte 113A, North Sandwich) 

5.6 miles from blinking light in Center Sandwich on 113 (becomes 113A in North Sandwich)
Various length, trails and roads
Cold swim in the pot holes

July 28

Gunstock/Belknap/Ridge

meet at the base of Gunstock lifts

August 5  WEDNESDAY

Bearcamp Beach
Directions to Bearcamp:
From the junction of Rte 25 and Rte 109 E in Moultonboro village:
          Head E (north) on Rte 25 for 4.8 miles
          Turn L onto Bearcamp Pd Rd and go 1/2 mile
          Turn L onto town owned beach driveway
          Run: 6.5 mile dirt road, trail, paved road (round the pond)

August 11

Castle in the Clouds 6 to 7:15
Directions: Rte 109 south to rt 171 (take left fork)
Go 1.5 miles to Castle Springs Bottling plant rd. on the left
o up to top and park at the lot before the gate on the right.

August 18
Sky Pond

Winona Rd off Rt 104 go right (north), go left on Straits Rd
 1mile and take right on Beech Hill rd / Park at end of road
Swim at Sky Pond?  6.5 miles?

August 25
Sandwich - next to Switzer's swim Pool
turn right on Great Rock Road 6 miles up Bean Rd.
Park near the intersection
5 miles - part trail and road - its true!


September 2

Sandwich Town Beach at 5:00
Bean Rd. 5 miles up on the left
6 mile and 4 mile dirt road and trail
/ I-L cross country practice


Oct  11

Morning Breakfast Run at Olafsen's!
meet at 8 am, we'll run a dirt road/trail mix and come back here for pancakes!
Up towards Flat mtn pond or do Black Mtn loop. Call 284-7172 (leave message) if you're coming so we can plan.
